For ecological reasons, we dispatch 1 - 2x a week from our dispatch warehouse in Switzerland.
We mainly ship from our Swiss online shop to our Swiss customers within Switzerland.
For customers outside Switzerland, we recommend our international online shop www.ilovetall.com.

Customs duties
I LOVE TALL is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may be levied on your package. Product prices are quoted without customs duties. Customs duties and import VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return.
