To strengthen our small, dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced
e-Commerce Product Management and Online Sales Support, at least 50%, effective immediately or by arrangement for our online shop and customer contact
Location: Switzerland
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing competent and friendly advice to our customers – both in writing and by phone
- Supporting and maintaining our online shop (product creation, images, product descriptions)
- Supporting day-to-day sales and customer service
- Assisting in the implementation of marketing activities (texts, images, website content)
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and organization
What you should bring
- You are fluent in German and English – French is a plus
- You have professional sales experience, ideally in the fashion or textile industry
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
- You have a feel for trends, style, and text – ideally, you can Write your own product texts
- You are digitally savvy, familiar with online shop systems and content managemen
- You enjoy direct contact with customers and provide advice with joy and sensitivity
- You know what it means to be tall – ideally from your own experience – and can empathize with our community
